25 Days of Christmas Tags with Sunny Studio

Hi Crafty friends! I'm so excited to be joining Tracey McNeely   for her annual 25 Days of Christmas Tags event. Be sure to visit her blog for more tag inspiration from other amazing designers!I absolutely love this event because it means the holidays are right around the corner!

Today, on the first day of the event, I'm sharing tags I've created with Sunny Studio products.

I started by cutting four tags from white cardstock using the Scalloped Tag Square Dies. Next, I masked off a square with washi tape and ink blended the background with Tumbled Glass and Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Inks. I then added some white acrylic paint splatters and white heat embossed snowflakes.

Next, I stamped images from the Penguin Pals Stamp Set, colored with Copic markers, and cut out with the Coordinating Dies. The trees are from the Gleeful Reindeer/ Coordinating Dies

I created snowy hills by die cutting white cardstock with the Woodland Borders Dies and trimming to fit my tags. Next, I arranged all of the stamped images onto the tags, adhering some with foam tape for dimension.

Next, I white heat embossed the sentiments from Inside Greetings Holiday Stamps onto red cardstock banners. Lastly, I added some red and white bakers twine to complete my tags.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!!

Big hugs,
Tammy

  7. Your Copic coloring is amazing, Tammy. I was SO inspired by your sweet tags that I created one based on yours. I didn't color with Copics, though. I "cheated" and used stickers. But you did inspire me.
