My card features the darling new set, Sabrina.

Products used:

Sabrina Stamp
Sabrina Die

To begin, I stamped the images from the Sabrina set, colored with Copic markers, and die cut with the Sabrina Die. Next, I die cut back cardstock using the Full Moon Scene Die. I then cut a piece of Bristol cardstock the size of the frame and placed the moon onto the background as a mask. I then blended Salvaged Patina, Unchartered Mariner, and Black Soot Distress Oxide inks. I splattered the background with water, then thinned white acrylic paint, then removed the moon mask. I lightly inked the edges of the moon with Scattered Straw Distress Oxide, then adhered the frame onto the background. I attached the Sabrina images to my card, using foam tape for dimension and added a white sentiment strip. Lastly, I added some silver stars die cut using the Starry Sky Die to finish my card.

Hello Bluebird - Halloween Release - Ghostly Gift Card

Hello friends! Welcome to Day 1 of Previews for Hello Bluebird's adorable Halloween release, available September 29th at 7pm MST.

My project features the darling new Ghostly Gift Card Die. This super-sized ghost is a fun way to present a gift card or even a little candy!

Products used!

Ghostly Gift Card Die
Spooky Text Stamp

To create the cards, I die cut the ghost three times from white cardstock. I lightly inked the edges with gray ink and added some cheeks with some blush ink. Next, I die cut some patterned paper using the Nesting A7 Die. Then, using a slightly smaller A7 die, I die cut panels from aqua, lavender, and orange cardstock. I added stars, cut using the Starry Sky Die, to create a fun background for the ghosts. I attached the ghosts to the cards, using Foam tape for dimension. I die cut some bats and the 'BOO' sentiment (both included with the Ghostly Gift Card Die) and stamped the sentiment from the new Spooky Text Stamp to complete my gift card holders!

Be sure to stop by tomorrow for Day 2 Previews (and Release Day)!

Truckloads of Love with Sunny Studio

Hi there! I'm over on the Sunny Studio blog sharing a card featuring the adorable set, Truckloads of Love. I love how versatile this set is, allowing you to create for all seasons! I chose to create a Christmas themed card since they are my favorite to make!

To begin, I stamped the images from Truckloads of Love, colored with Copic markers, and die cut with the Truckloads of Love Dies. Next, I cut a piece of Bristol smooth cardstock to an A2 size and ink blended it with Broken China and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide inks. I then splattered some white acrylic paint, thinned with water, onto the background to create a snowy feel. I then white heat embossed the 'Season's Greetings' sentiment from the Festive Greetings stamp set.

Next, I die cut some snowy hills using the Slimline Nature Borders Dies, cutting them to size, inking the tops with Tumbled Glass ink, and attaching them to the bottom of my card. I die cut some trees from white cardstock using the Rustic Winter Dies, tucking them under the snowy borders. I added a white scalloped frame die cut using the Fancy Frames Stitched Scallop Rectangle Dies, attaching it with foam tape for dimension. I then white heat embossed the sentiment from Truckloads of Love onto a dark gray sentiment strip, and added some white Lacy Snowflakes to complete my card.

Dotted Diamond Dies with Sunny Studio

Hello friends! I'm over on the Sunny Studio blog sharing this festive card, featuring the new Dotted Diamond Portrait Die. This is such a fun and versatile die, adding the perfect texture to any project!

To begin, I stamped the images from the Jolly Gingerbread stamp set, colored with Copic markers, and die cut with the Jolly Gingerbread Dies. Next, I die cut white cardstock using the largest rectangle from the Stitched Rectangle Dies. I then placed the Dotted Diamond Portrait Die face down on top of the stitched rectangle and ran it through my die cut machine.

I lightly blended Spun Sugar Distress Oxide ink onto the top portion of the rectangle, then splattered it with water. I also splatters some Festive Berries Distress Oxide ink, thinned with water, then white acrylic paint to create some texture and interest to the background.

I arranged the stamped images onto the inked background and attached with foam tape for interest. I then stamped the sentiment onto a pink banner, die cut using the Brilliant Banner 1 Die. I attached the banner to the bottom of my card using foam tape, then added the red 'SWEET' sentiment die cut using the Sweet Words Die. Lastly, I attached my dotted diamond layer to a piece of candy cane striped paper, from the All is Bright 6X6 Paper Pad to complete my card.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
