Harvest Mice with Sunny Studio

Hello friends! Today, I'm over on the Sunny Studio blog  with a card duo, featuring the adorable Harvest Mice Stamps! Now that the weather has cooled down a bit here in the Vegas area, I'm ready for everything Fall!!

The first card I made is a fun shaker card. To begin, I cut a card base, measuring 5 X 5". Next, I cut a piece of the gorgeous paper from the Colorful Autumn Paper to 4.75 X 4.75" and adhered it to my card base. Next, I stamped, colored with Copic markers, and die cut images from the following sets:

To create the shaker, I die cut white cardstock using the Fancy Frames Circle Dies. I cut 5 frames, layered them together, attaching a piece of acetate to the top frame. Next, I die cut a circle and ink blended it with Scattered Straw Distress Oxide Ink. I then stamped my sentiment from Harvest Mice in black ink, added some Majestic Fusion Sequins, and attached the frame with the acetate with strong adhesive to complete my shaker.

Next, I arranged the leaves, acorns, and pumpkins around the shaker to create the look of a Fall wreath. To complete my card, I added some pumpkins and the darling mouse on top of the acetate with foam tape.

For my next card, I made a slimline card to create a fun Fall scene. To begin, I used the Slimline Scalloped Frame Dies to cut the scalloped base and the Stitched Mat Die. I ink blended the background with Spiced Marmalade and Scattered Straw Distress Oxide inks. Next, I cut a grassy border using the Slimline Nature Borders Dies, ink blended it with Twisted Citron and Peeled Paint Distress Oxide inks, and attached to the background. I wanted to bring in that gorgeous Colorful Autumn Paper again, so I created a thin mat by cutting my paper in half, piecing it together, and attaching it to the scalloped die.

Next, I stamped, colored with Copic markers, and die cut images from Harvest Mice/ Coordinating Dies. The cornstalks were inked with Marigold ink from the PinkFresh Studio Ink Cubes - Rise & Shine. I arranged the stamped images onto my card, attaching some with foam tape for dimension. To complete my card, I stamped the sentiment across the top in black ink and attached my finished card front to a white card base.

Pumpkin Patch Critters with Pretty Pink Posh

Hi friends! Tammy here with you today! It's finally starting to feel a bit like Fall here in the Southwest, so I was inspired to create a fun Fall card and tag project, using the adorable Pumpkin Patch Critters Stamp Set.

To begin, I stamped, colored with Copic markers, and die cut images from the following stamp sets:

Next, I cut a panel of  Bristol Smooth cardstock to 3 1/4 X 8 1/4" and ink blended the background with Worn Lipstick, Spun Sugar, Scattered Straw, and Rusty Hinge Distress Oxide inks. I splattered some watered down gold acrylic paint onto my background to add some interest, then attached the background panel to a 3 1/2 X 8 1/2" white cardstock base.

I stamped the sentiment from Pumpkin Patch Critters in black ink and arranged the die cut images onto my card to create a sweet Fall scene.

To create the shaker tag, I used the Stitched Banner Duo 1 Dies, and cut it twice from Copic friendly white cardstock. I ink blended one panel with Spun Sugar, Scattered Straw, and Rusty Hinge Distress Oxide inks, and die cut a square on the other banner to create a window. I stamped the sentiment from Pumpkin Patch Critters, then I added acetate, foam tape, and 3mm Sparkling Clear Sequins to create my shaker tag. I attached my critter and pumpkins to the tag, punched a hole, and threaded some orange and white bakers twine to complete my tag. This would be so cute attached to a coffee cup, filled with Pumpkin Spice everything! I'm making a bunch of these to send to my favorite college students!

Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed today's projects and were inspired to create some Fall projects!

Hugs,
Tammy

Halloween Pals Cauldron Card with Pretty Pink Posh

Hi friends! I'm over on the Pretty Pink Posh blog sharing this fun Halloween card! My card features the adorable witch kitty from the Halloween Pals Stamp set, brewing up some Halloween fun, with a Cauldron made from the Window Frames Dies.

To begin, I cut an A2 rectangle from Bristol smooth cardstock and ink blended the background with Shaded Lilac, Wilted Violet, and Black Soot Distress Oxide inks. I then splattered the background with black and white acrylic paint to create some interest. Next, using the largest die from the Window Frames Dies, I cut out a window from the purple background. I cut a second A2 rectangle and ink blended it with Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide inks. Next, I placed a piece of acetate on the backside of the purple background, covering the window opening. I then attached foam tape (making sure to outline the cauldron shape with foam tape) to the background. I added some sequins from the Holiday Shimmer Sequins Mix to the opening before sealing it closed.  To create the black frame for the cauldron, I first die cut black cardstock with the largest Window Frames Die, then placed the smaller size onto it and die cut it again to create a frame. Next, I added some small ink blended circles to make the cauldron bubbles.

Next, I stamped, colored with Copic markers, and die cut images from the following sets:

I heat embossed the sentiment from Halloween Pals with white embossing powder before attaching the stamped images to my card. To complete my card, I added some green jewels from the Boo Jewels Mix, which add just the perfect amount of sparkle!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Pretty Pink Posh Halloween Theme Week - Day 7

Hi friends! I'm over on the Pretty Pink Posh blog today, finishing off  Halloween Theme Week. Today, I have a fun Halloween card and set of tags to share with you, featuring the cutest little trick-or-treaters you've ever seen!

As an early Halloween treat during theme week, all products in the Halloween category are 15% off.! No coupon necessary.

To begin, I stamped, colored with copic markers, and die cut the images from the following sets:

Halloween Friends/ Coordinating Dies

To create my slimline design, I began by cutting a piece of Bristol smooth cardstock to 3 1/4 X 8 1/4" and ink blending with Blueprint Sketch, Chipped Sapphire, and Black Soot Distress Oxide inks. I added some black and white acrylic paint splatters to give some interest to the background. Next, I added a die cut circle, washed with watered down Hickory Smoke ink, and attached to the center of the card to create the moon. I then added a 1 X 8 1/4" strip of black cardstock and attached my background to a white 3 1/2 X 8 1/2" card base. I heat embossed the sentiment from Halloween Friends in white before adding the stamped images. Lastly, I added 1/4" Silver Star Confetti for the perfect finishing touch!

Next, I made a fun trio of tags, one of my favorite things to create! To begin, I cut 3 white Scallop Square Tags and masked off a square with washi tape, and ink blended the background exactly as I did the Slimline card. Next, I used the Nature Essentials Dies to create the black grassy borders, trimming to fit the tag. I heat embossed the sentiment from Halloween Pals in white, and then added my stamped images. To finish my tags, I added some orange and white bakers twine and Silver Stars for a bit of shine.

Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you all enjoyed all the amazing Halloween inspiration this week!!

Big Hugs,
